go2bless trips are short-term, team based mission experiences serving local churches throughout mainland Europe. go2bless trips begin with team training at Bethanie, our missional training centre in France, where we introduce the bless ethos and offer practical input. Participants undertake basic language skills, Bible teaching, creative workshops, prayer, team building activities and lots and lots of eating! go2bless trips have a strong focus on spiritual formation. Yesterday the UK Hub journeyed to Stafford to meet with Matt & Bex (minus Pixie) to chat about PrayerHouse 2011. Its all pretty exciting at the moment. The ideas were flowing as we spoke about the prayer room; from life-sized Monopoly, giant timelines, scale ectrics, TED talks, interactive synthesizers, mannequins and boxing ring microphones. Like I said … pretty exciting times.

Thought we would send out a little email to see who might be interested in contributing to PrayerShots. For those of you who don’t know PrayerShots is the online prayer feed of The Bless Network. Starting in February we would love to get some ‘friends of Bless’ tweeting with us on a weekly basis. The idea is for everyone to have a day of the week to share scriptures and/or prayers. Our aim is to get more than 7 people sign up so that on any given day there will be more than one person updating the twitter. Hopefully both yourselves and most certainly other followers will benefit from this all the things that we share. If you would like to join in then please hit me back with an email and I can then begin to forward login information etc. Hope this makes sense … be good to have you guys on board.
